Ingredients:
400 gm cold,cooked rice
2 tbsp boiled shrimps
1 medium-sized onion-chopped
1/2 cup precooked green peas
2 red chillies-sliced
2 eggs
Salt to taste
1 stalk fresh coriander leaves-shredded
Method:
1. Heat the oil & fry the onions until fragrant & light brown.
2. Add the rice & fry for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Push the rice aside & crack the eggs into the center of the wok.
4. Stir well for 2 minutes.
5. Add the prawns,peas & salt, after a minutes, remove from heat.
6. Serve garnished with coriander leaves & red chillies.
